Michelle Curtlin Naomi Augustine is a 27 years old Trinidadian Musician, Youth Pastor, Entrepreneur, and Educator. She is a born-again believer in Christ, and she has been singing since the age of two. “Set Me Free” is one of the music compositions that God has blessed her with in 2019 that has been recorded, mixed, mastered, and produced by Nigel Pereira in October 2021. This gospel music single will be released on the 30th December 2021 on streaming and social media platforms. This song conveys a request to God to set individuals free to serve him the way he expects us to. Also, she is expected to record another single and release it within the first eight months of 2022. Michelle is the composer and main singer of this single, and she has never taken any courses to learn how to compose music. She sees it as a blessing, miracle, and great opportunity from her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to serve his people.  

 

 

This song is for the children of God who desire to be set free from any lust of the flesh that has been a hindrance to their spiritual growth and ministry in Christ. This is Michelle’s first single to be released, but it is not the first single that God has given to her. She started paying close attention to the compositions that God was giving her during her devotions from August 2016 to the present. Michelle aspires to fulfill her God-given purpose not only through music but also through teaching God’s words mainly to the youths. She has been a member of her church board as the musical director since 2014, and the youth pastor 2 for the period 2015 to 2021. She has also sung in concerts, school choirs singing competitions, and fundraising events. Also, Michelle has been creating videos of cover songs on her social media platforms since 2018. Michelle has been inspired by God, prophetic words spoken over her life, and her deceased Grandmother who was a talented, ambitious, hardworking Pastor. In the future she expects to continue recording more music singles, building her business, and teaching God’s Word to the people God has called and chosen her to serve.
